Pledge to vote YES  on the Massachusetts Gender Identity Anti-Discrimination Veto Referendum

Transgender rights are human rights, and they are currently under attack in Massachusetts.

This fall, a ballot measure will determine whether or not individuals can be discriminated against based on their gender identity in public places, including hotels, stores, restaurants, theaters, court facilities, and hospitals.

This Pride Week, please join me in pledging to vote YES on the Massachusetts Gender Identity Anti-Discrimination Veto Referendum which will maintain our non-discrimination laws and protect Massachusetts’s transgender community.

We must eliminate discrimination in our criminal justice system so everyone gets the same treatment, no matter who they are.
